Mina joined Northwood Nursing in January 2020 following previous roles in the care industry, including Registered Manager and Operations Manager, with 18 years’ experience in Health & Social Care.
Mina has achieved Level 4 in Health & Social Care and Level 7 in Strategic Leadership & Management and works to ensure the provision of excellence in care.
Holly joined Northwood Nursing in April 2018 as a Care Coordinator. Holly’s responsibilities include scheduling Service User’s rotas, identifying suitable Carers for Service Users and working with other team members to ensure excellence in care. Holly has an Honours degree in business and environmental studies. She had a previous role at a food delivery organisation for the elderly/vulnerable. Holly also has a number of years’ experience in childcare.
I joined Northwood Nursing in March 2020 as a Field Care Supervisor.
I started in care in 2006 as a care worker and made my way up in the care sector to a locality manager for a charity company.
My role will include care plans and risk assessments, spot check, supervisions and various other duties.
Lyn joined Northwood Nursing in November 2017. Her previous role was ‘Accessibility Coordinator’ at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and prior to that Lyn was a ‘Non-Executive Director’ for a housing association. Lyn has a passion for the care sector and cared fulltime for her husband for 15 years. Lyn ensures that our Carer’s training is up to date and screens our Service User’s care plans before they are sent to ensure they are detailed and accurate.
